Can you tell me about your cookies?
I'd love to! The Pink Mixing Bowl's cookies are a thick, soft almond vanilla sugar cookie and are decorated with royal icing. They are generous in size and baked fresh at the time of your order. I use only the finest & freshest ingredients in my recipe. Lots of love and attention goes into each and every cookie and I'm confident you'll agree they are delicious!
How much are your cookies? Do you have a minimum order?
Cookie prices start at $5.50 per cookie (or $66 per dozen). Character, logo, or cookies with many colors, details, airbrushing, etc. start at $6.50 each (or $78 per dozen). I have a 2 dozen minimum order requirement. (Please see examples below) Prices can vary depending on the size of the cookie, amount of detail work / personalization, complexity of the design, icing colors involved, hand painting, and airbrush detailing. A lot of time goes into each order, including custom cookie design, baking, hand decorating, and packaging. I am unable to offer discounts based on the quantity of your order, as more cookies does not equal less work. The best way to get pricing information is to email me your theme, approx quantity needed, and any example photos you may have.

How do I order cookies or contact you?
I prefer to communicate by email. You may email me at [email protected] . I will respond to order requests as promptly as possible, usually Monday - Friday. I reserve the weekends for my family and children.
What methods of payment do you accept?
The Pink Mixing Bowl accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal. Advance payment is required & reserves your spot on my calendar.
What if I need to cancel my order?
In the event that you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be given 3 weeks or more from your scheduled date. Within 2 - 3 weeks from your event, you will receive a 50% refund of your order total. No refunds will be given 2 weeks or less from your event. In the case of an emergency and I am unable to fill the order, I will refund your payment 100%.
How far in advance do I need to order?
A minimum of 2-3 week notice is appreciated on all orders, although I often fill up months in advance. I believe in producing high quality cookies with each order I complete, therefore I do not overbook myself. I require no less than a 7 day notice for any order. Anything less is subject to a Rush Fee of 20% or $25.00 - whichever is greater. This will assure proper planning & attention to detail will be given to your cookies. Anything less than 3 days is not a possibility as each cookie requires drying time before it can be safely packaged.
Where are orders picked up at? Can you ship your cookies? How about delivery?
I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Law. By law, I am not allowed to ship cookies. At this time, I do not offer delivery. All orders are picked up from my home in Pinehurst (near Hwy 249 & Woodtrace Blvd.). I do not have retail business hours, so a pick-up time will need to be established. I respectfully ask that you stick to the established time. I am a wife and mother, and I have a busy schedule myself. I cannot be tied to my house waiting for late clients. Please treat your pickup times as any other appointment, and be punctual. If for some reason you are delayed, (traffic, unforeseen circumstances, etc) please let me know so we can make alternative arrangements.
I have a specific design or shape in mind. Am I limited to only what I see?
Absolutely not! I have thousands of cookie cutters, so chances are I may have what you need or I can order a specific cookie cutter. I'd love to create custom cookies for your event. Colors and designs can be customized to fit with your theme, invitation, decorations, etc.
How long will the cookies stay fresh? Do I need to refrigerate them?
Your cookies will remain fresh for several weeks as long as they are stored in a cool environment, and remain sealed up in an air tight container such as cellophane baggies. Refrigeration is not necessary or recommended.
Do you offer allergen/gluten/soy/vegan/dairy free cookies?
No, I am unable to produce a cookie with allergy restrictions or special dietary requirements. My cookies contain eggs, butter, flour, sugar and flavorings (including almond extract). My icing contains meringue powder (powdered egg whites). I will also disclose, that as a home baker, I store nuts in my home. I do not alter my recipes as it would produce subpar results.
